For the week of November 22, 2009 - The universal energies focus this week upon the home. Not just the material house in which we live but the physical one in which our soul dwells. This is a time in which we need to focus upon repairs and taking care of elements that need to be replaced. In the material realms there may be some projects like painting and re doing areas that have been ignored for a time.

Replacing damaged areas and reinforcing others that have become weak. On the physical level we need to focus on taking care of the bodies we now inhabit. Many need to re think eating habits and exercise as well. Others need to remember that rest is needed on a regular basis and it is better to pace ourselves rather than to do marathons we are not in shape for. Our homes and bodies need the same care that cars need ... a check up every so many miles and a change of lubricant ... not to mention a paint job here and there.

It is time to do some housecleaning on a grander scale than usual both on the home and the body ... after all the spirit appreciated nice surroundings too. This is a time to lavish some loving care and time on those elements within our lives that shelter us and care for us; they protect us and carry our spirits without any demands. It is right and good to nourish them as they protect us so that the journey through this lifetime is as easy and pleasant as those in the past.
