The world is in a state of shock.

The year 2009 will go down in history as one of the hardest years of our lives. It is a #11 numerology year, meaning that this is one rough year chock full of lots of hard life lessons, open doors, money issues, boundary issues, earth shifts, new beginnings and a ton of endings. The good news is when this year is over, we will be strong and able to handle anything life throws at us in the future.

As I started to type this newsletter, I realized the time is right to just take some deep breaths, smell the incense, feel the energy of life within and thank the Universe that I am still here. I could tell this week was going to be full of heavy energy, so I was pulled or pushed to go to the ocean with my daughter, and just do the girl thing; just sleep, shop, laugh a lot, sit in the Jacuzzi, eat cheaply and walk the beach.

It was not that easy. With me, there is always a double meaning to anything I do, and there is always something spiritually placed ahead of me on my path.

I am very powerful at the ocean, and my hair literally turns gray only while I am there. When I am at the beach, I take the list of all my monthly clients that I do my healing work on, and I step into a past life as a strong Native American woman. Many spirits join me in this work, and we really perform amazing miracles at this beach.

I have helped many of you over the years to deal with your loved ones' deaths. One of the things I have taught you is how to build a rainbow stairway reaching high into the sky and surrounded by stars. Ask for Angels on each stair, and then show your loved ones where the staircase is, so they can be free to move up peacefully as they go on to the other side, instead of being stuck or in shock. We had just gotten this finished before we heard any of the astounding news to come.

How interesting the two people that I would describe as having the most childlike, sweet sounding voices and contagious smiles to have both their ever-so-bright lights go out on the same day, within hours at the same place was very shocking.

I realize that Ed McMahon died, and yet it seemed sad he was not mentioned much as he did spend years helping Johnny Carson bring humor to our world. Humor no doubt is the best medicine for any sadness, and humor is always worth a mention.

Now Billy Mays dies, the Oxi-clean man at 50 out of the blue. Yes the doorway to death is wide open and it is so upon us. But we do not need to go through it.

No matter what human or karmic issues may have been, each of these people did bring much light and entertainment at one point in our lives, and I am sure that is what they would like to be remembered for.

It was not in my plan to work on certain people, just anyone who needed help. Maybe this was part of the Universal plan having me there this week to build the staircase. I just follow my guides and do not question the outcome. Normally, I am told to take the staircase down, but this was the first time I was told to leave it open, as there are many to come in future days.

Right after the work with the staircase, we were on the beach and witnessed 2 young kids (5 and 7 years old), left to their own devices by their lackluster parents, getting pulled out to sea by the riptide. In Washington State the rip-tides take a lot of lives each year, so if you live here, and are a beach person, you know it is no wait-and-see matter, so we called 911, and we showed the rescue crew where they went down.

I have to say they had the crew and 20 men there in like 2 minutes! That was amazing to see, and thanks to them, and us paying attention and being guided there at that time, those kids are safe. No one saw them go down but the two of us, the tides were high, and over 600 ft away sat their parents NOT watching them, and in Washington State that is way too far with our treacherous water.

Suffice it to say we were glad we were there at that moment. We both said lets hope that is the only drama during these 3 days, but we knew better. It was the two of us, and we always attract someone needing help. We were really glad the stairs were not needed at this point. Yes, the staircase is still there and if you have someone that is older or sick you can describe it to them to make their transition a much simpler one.

But then as we get back in the car my daughter gets a text saying Michael Jackson just died, and then the next one was about Farrah.

A huge doorway to death is open, so far that I literally walked through it myself on Saturday morning! As many of you know, I have been diabetic for about 10 years now. It is genetic in my family, and if not for my dog Foxy I would not be typing this right now. She woke me, insisting that I get up at 5 am. I had only gone to bed at 3 am, and I wasn't sure what she needed so soon. I then noticed that I have never been so shaky in my life, my blood sugar was 34! for those of you who do not know that is horribly low.

Foxy saved my life! Please know that I am not ready to go, by any means. I choose to not go through that door. It is not my time.

So how did Michael Jackson effect my life? I love to dance. I was one of the many disco queens in my day and dancing is very healing. Farrah? I still have her haircut at 50.
